- Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Moving materials within the warehouse using manual methods or basic equipment.

- Picking and packing orders as needed.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor, aisles, and common areas.
- Assisting with inventory counts and verification.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and protocols, including the correct use of PPE.

- Performing general labor tasks to support daily warehouse functions.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical activities, including lifting heavy objects.
- Must be able to consistently lift 50 lbs or more.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good physical stamina and endurance.
- Punctual and dependable.
