Maintenance Worker

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Worker for one of our residential buildings in Montreal. Are you described as a versatile person, good with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• all other related tasks

Construction

• Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
• Make service calls
• Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
• Bilingualism is an asset
