We are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic concierge to join our team. Responsibilities - Ensure the maintenance and cleaning of buildings. - Perform minor maintenance and repairs, manage waste, and ensure the cleanliness of outdoor spaces. - Maintain green spaces. - Supervise and coordinate the work of external contractors. - Ensure the proper functioning of technical systems. - Be the point of contact for residents and have confirmed experience in a similar position (Cleaning and concierge services). - Manual and versatile, with good skills in minor technical tasks. - Ability to work independently and manage priorities. - Skills and mastery of the French language (oral and written), knowledge of other languages is an advantage in the canton of Fribourg. - Valid driving license (B).
