For our partner located in the canton of Valais, GI Life Sciences is looking for: Logistician - Warehouse Worker Temporary position Start date: ASAP Duration: 6 months Your Mission: Carry out, according to the general logistics schedule and customer needs, the activities of the warehouse ensuring optimal operation in compliance with procedures and regulations Responsibilities: Receive, identify, and control the integrity of goods. Ensure stock management and appropriate storage for each product (class of danger, etc.). Conduct periodic inventories and readjustments as needed. Prepare, package, and document shipments. Prepare internal orders, organize, and carry out deliveries on site. Ensure product sampling according to instructions from the responsible service. Guarantee complete traceability both on paper and digitally for all activities performed. Inform and document any non-conformities or discrepancies identified by proposing solutions. Propose improvements and operational procedures for the logistics warehouse at all levels and participate in their implementation. Profile: CFC (Certificate of Vocational Competence) as a Logistician or equivalent experience judged relevant with several years of prior experience in an industrial environment (preferably pharmaceutical or chemical subject to GMP standards) with proficiency in specific software (storage) and an ERP (logistics module). Very good command of standard tools (particularly Excel). Good knowledge in the management of chemical products (storage, toxicity). Forklift license recognized by the authorities. Client-oriented with a team spirit, ability to develop and maintain trustworthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders (clients/suppliers/carriers).
