Liebefeld (and remote work) %What you can contribute: ensure the effective and compliant execution of acquisitions and grants; manage and oversee the end-to-end processes of acquisition and grant management; advise clients on economic and legal matters, including participating in contractual processes and organizing responses to their needs; plan, process, monitor and oversee tender procedures; manage the interfaces between acquisitions, on the one hand, and processes and systems of control by the FOPH (SAP, VMBver, Acta Nova, Excel), on the other hand; verify the plausibility of acquisition data and prepare it for controlling. What makes you unique: agility and ability to find solutions in case of heavy workload; very good knowledge of public procurement and experience in this field (possibility of obtaining the federal certificate for public procurement specialists); excellent advisory skills; project management and finance skills; good active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third.In a few words: What we offer: Work for Switzerland.
