I'm in need of a daytime nanny for my son, who will be 5 months in April. I work from home and will be available during my breaks between clients, and for any emergencies that might arise. My baby is a happy, high functioning little guy. He loves tummy time, walks in the stroller/carrier, and exploring new things. I am looking for someone who can attune to his communication and follow his lead (with play, feeds, and sleep) throughout his day. CPR certification for infants is required, and it would be ideal for our nanny to be familiar with the Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and/or Visible Child approach.
