Job Description To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and leadership-oriented personality as Head of Technical Customer Service. You will lead a small team in our service branches as well as our service partners worldwide. Service quality is our top priority. Your main responsibilities include: Spare Parts Management Determining the spare parts for new models Continuous monitoring and optimization of availability Care and development of the service network Monitoring and development of the global service partner network Ensuring service quality and monitoring the service activities of partners Actively participating in projects of the Rado brand as well as the Group Technology & Training Maintaining and developing the technical training program Planning the training program and the trainers and training on technical solutions and tools for new products Profile You bring several years of experience, ideally in the watch industry, and possess strong leadership qualities. Analytical thinking, a confident manner of expression, and excellent interpersonal skills characterize you, as well as flexibility, commitment, and resilience. Additionally, you have good knowledge of common MS Office programs; experience with SAP/R3 is an advantage. Professional Requirements For this responsible position, we are looking for a committed personality with a completed technical basic education and business management training.
