About

La Petitmaître's mission is to offer services in specialized fields, extracurricular activities, professional reintegration, and engagement starting from August 1st: CFC Apprenticeship (concierge service). As a CFC apprentice agent, you will play a key role in the proper functioning of our buildings and outdoor spaces. Each day is different: maintenance, upkeep, and support. You will receive thorough training in a forward-looking team that is eager to pass on its expertise. You will develop varied skills that will enable you to become a true professional in the management of buildings. You will learn to ensure the cleaning and maintenance of different types of buildings, to maintain floors, windows, and common areas, as well as to treat specific surfaces such as special coatings, woodwork, walls, and more. You will also be trained in the control and maintenance of various techniques (electricity, heating, sanitation, solar systems, locking mechanisms), in minor repairs and troubleshooting, waste management while respecting the environment, collaborative task management with the team, and the maintenance of various vehicles, tools, and equipment, as well as the oversight and ordering of supply stocks will also be integral parts of your profile: Completed schooling; Minimum French level B2-C1; Strong interest in building maintenance and techniques; Good physical condition; Team spirit.
