Purchasing assistant

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Replenishment & Purchasing Assistant . This role located in Montreal East is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong Excel expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze weekly sales, inventory, and stock reports
• Compile data and generate reports for the VP of Purchasing/Marketing
• Monitor inventory levels and manage replenishment to maintain optimal stock
• Communicate with clients to confirm accurate purchasing quantities
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers regarding audits and compliance requirements
• Support purchasing and inventory planning initiatives

• 3–5 years of experience in inventory replenishment and/or purchasing
• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual (English required to correspond with U.S. clients and overseas suppliers)
• Experience with Retail Link is considered an asset
