We are a top employer and a preferred partner for property owners and are looking for an experienced property manager for our Lausanne-Prilly agency to complete our dynamic team as a Privérien and contribute to achieving our goals within a tightly-knit structure with a mission spirit in detail. - Autonomous management of a mixed property portfolio (commercial)- Supervision of an assistant and close collaboration with the owner with authorities and craftsmen- General management of the portfolio under administration- Overall monitoring of the process and general oversight of the properties- Management of concierge work (engagement, monitoring, reporting for owners)- General correspondenceYour profile: Completed education (CFC, etc.) and you have a perfect command of rental law. 5 years of experience in management and a certificate in managing a mixed portfolio. Fluent in French, knowledge of foreign languages is a plus. Willing, committed, and customer-oriented. You are a real estate professional and enjoy taking on new challenges every day.
