Responsibilities As one of your main missions, you will include: Managing daily tasks concerning the overall management of the company, such as accounting (assisted by a fiduciary), human resources, and the monitoring and updating of client and supplier files. Organizing and coordinating meetings and site sessions. Preparing and drafting documents (reports, etc.). Collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth communication. We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria: experience in management or in a related field, prior experience in a building technology position, proficiency in tools (MS Office, management software, etc.), excellent communication skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently, proficiency in French (oral and written); knowledge of German or English is a plus.
