About

In order to complete its team and support the development of the Municipality, the Social Action and Youth Service is looking for a Secretary. Fixed position at 70% - Class 8. Your mission: Participate in the physical and telephone reception of the Service, provide information to applicants and schedule appointments with social workers. Ensure tasks related to the Service: manage mail and electronic inboxes, correspondence, minutes, maintain dashboards, meetings, etc. Participate in the management and logistics of Champ X support for new projects with a social or youth dimension in the new Cherpines neighborhood. Participate in the internal and external follow-up of the Service. Collaborate on municipal activities related to support for the management of grants to the municipalities. Requirements: - Have a commercial diploma or equivalent; - Benefit from several years of experience in a similar position with responsibilities in the social field ideally; - Have good knowledge of the Geneva social network and institutions related to the elderly and youth. - Perfect command of French and excellent writing and synthesis skills; - Proficiency in common tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook; - Management skills and capabilities; - Demonstrate discretion, courtesy, and have a sense of hospitality; - Be autonomous, versatile, possess a good team spirit, and have a great capacity to adapt.
