We are seeking an experienced System Trainer to join our Business Enablement team at Stepstone Group. As a System Trainer, you will play a critical role in supporting major platform transformations and system or feature rollouts across our organization. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and facilitating comprehensive training programs that enable our employees to confidently adopt and effectively use new business systems and processes.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about learning and development, has a strong technical aptitude, and excels at translating complex system functionality into engaging, practical training experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Design & Delivery: Designed and delivered role-based, hands-on training programs, workshops, and live demos (virtual and in-person) for global audiences, including certification programs to measure proficiency.
- System Enablement: Supported large-scale CRM, ERP, and customer platform rollouts by translating complex workflows and integrations into clear, business-friendly training content.
- Change Management & Adoption: Drove user adoption and confidence during system transformations through targeted change initiatives, hypercare support, and rapid issue resolution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnered with Programme Leads, Change Leads, Business Process Owners, and Technical Support to align training with organizational goals, processes, and updates.
- Content Development & Impact Measurement: Developed comprehensive training materials, video tutorials, and knowledge articles, tracking learning effectiveness through assessments and metrics.
- Corporate Training & Instructional Design (3–5 years): Skilled in designing and delivering engaging training programs in technology and SaaS environments, including workshops (10–100+ participants), train-the-trainer sessions, and scalable e-learning and LMS solutions.
- Enterprise Systems & Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of CRM (Salesforce – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ), ERP, marketing automation, and customer platforms, with the ability to rapidly learn new systems and translate complex workflows into practical training.
- Communication & Facilitation (German & English): Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and public speaking abilities; adept at engaging diverse international audiences and building cross-market rapport.
- Project & Change Management: Highly organized, managing multiple training initiatives simultaneously, supporting system enablement and product releases, and applying change management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci) in agile environments.
- Content Development & Learning Innovation: Experienced in creating video tutorials, knowledge base articles, and self-service learning content; backed by relevant education (Business, Education, Communications, IT) and/or certifications (CPTD, ATD, CPLP).
