Operational Ownership The Assistant Concierge Manager oversees the daily operations of the Concierge, Drivers, Ski Butlers and Guest Services teams, ensuring service delivery reflects the Six Senses philosophy of “crafted experiences, emotional connection, and sustainable luxury.” As a passionate host and role model, the Assistant Concierge Manager: Leads by example through authentic, intuitive, and personalized service Ensures seamless coordination between departments Develops and inspires the team through structured coaching Acts as a key contact for VIPs and high-profile guests Promotes wellness, sustainability, and local cultural immersion experiences Through strong regional knowledge and a trusted local network, the Assistant Concierge Manager ensures that even last-minute or bespoke guest requests are fulfilled with creativity, efficiency, and discretion. 1. Leadership & Team Development Lead with integrity and transparency Foster a culture aligned with Six Senses values: care, trust, respect, and sustainability Oversee onboarding, and structured induction of new team members Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations Identify high-potential talent and create development pathways 2. Guest Experience & Emotional Hospitality Serve as the one of the points of contact for VIPs, repeat guests, and complex requests Personally oversee high-impact guest moments and special occasions Ensure highly personalized itineraries reflecting wellness, nature, and local culture Maintain strong relationships with premium local partners (restaurants, ski schools, guides, cultural institutions) Anticipate guest needs through proactive communication Deliver intuitive service recovery and follow-up 3. Operational Oversight Oversee daily Concierge, Drivers, and Guest Services operations across all shifts Actively participate in early, mid, and late shifts as required Ensure accurate logging of requests, preferences, and guest history in PMS Coordinate closely with Front Office, Spa & Wellness, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering Ensure proper vehicle usage and safety compliance 4. Quality Assurance & Brand Standards Ensure full compliance with LQA and Six Senses service standards and audit requirements Monitor guest feedback Conduct root-cause analysis for service failures Support partnerships with local partners, artisans, farms, and cultural institutions.
