The IT Manager will oversee the company's IT infrastructure, manage technical teams, and ensure the security and efficiency of all IT operations. This role is vital in supporting Melrose International’s mission to deliver top-quality products and excellent customer service through robust technology solutions.' *'Responsibilities'* ' *Lead the planning, development, and implementation of IT strategies aligned with company goals.*
* Manage and support network infrastructure including Cisco routers, WAN, LAN, and wireless systems. * Oversee server management including Windows Server environments and virtualization technologies such as VMware and vSphere. * Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place by managing firewalls, network security protocols, and information security policies. * Coordinate disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies. * Supervise IT staff providing technical support and training. * Collaborate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of hardware/software. * Maintain documentation for systems configurations and procedures.' * *'Qualifications'* * ' * *Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure within a similar industry.* * *Strong knowledge of cloud services such as AWS and Azure.* * Expertise in network engineering including Cisco routers, WAN/LAN, VPNs. * Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware and vSphere. * Familiarity with ITIL practices, IT governance, and IT service management. * Excellent leadership skills with supervisory experience. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. * Effective communication skills suitable for working across teams and vendors.'
