Utilize understanding of customer's business needs to determine requirements Applies technical expertise to plan, design, build or support required products and processes Help other team members learn appropriate theories, practices and principles that relate to their skill set portfolio As assigned, manage budget for area of responsibility As assigned, manage working relationship with outsourcing partners Technical Skills and Experiences: PowerBI skills: Creating reports Creating and managing workspaces Creating Apps Creating & maintaining connections Creating & maintaining dataflows (Gen1 & 2) Experience with Microsoft fabric capacity, a plus ServiceNow: Experience creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow, including report sources, and interactive filters. Detail understanding of the tables used for incidents, changes, problems, and requests, a plus. Ability to work with managers and senior management so to support the MSR and MRM monthly meetings Ability to work well with teammates while leading and encouraging them Any SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and ADF (Azure Data Factory) knowledge is a plus
