Design Engineer , you will bridge the gap between concept and production, designing critical tubing assemblies that power drug manufacturing.
This is more than a design role it is a mentorship opportunity. You will work side-by-side with a
Senior Product Design Engineer
boasting 25+ years of experience and a portfolio of patented innovations, giving you a front-row seat to world-class engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities Design & Documentation:
Create high-precision technical drawings and maintain rigorous revision controls to ensure manufacturing accuracy. Process Innovation:
Collaborate with sales teams and customers to identify and implement design improvements that boost production yields and equipment reliability. Technical Problem Solving:
Act as a hands-on troubleshooter, resolving complex tubing assembly issues within critical drug manufacturing workflows. Strategic Sourcing:
Identify and document correct component specifications and supplier part numbers to ensure seamless integration into the supply chain. Lifecycle Management:
Support management in optimizing the entire assembly lifecycle from quoting and purchasing to final order fulfillment. What You Bring
Experience:
3+ years of engineering experience, ideally focused on
bioprocessing, medical device, plastics
or
single-use assembly design . Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related technical field. Technical Toolkit:
Proficiency in
CAD software
is essential;
SolidWorks
expertise is required Quality Standards:
Familiarity with
ISO 9001:2015
standards and sterile manufacturing environments.
