Organize and plan the drafting of official documents in with the project managers of and the general of the DIME, such as notes to the Council, notes to the Councilor, and messages to the Grand Key User of the management tool (Axioma). As secretary of the internal commission, ensure the quality and completeness of the documents processed there and plan internal meetings. Daily follow-up of requests or coming from the SG-DIME (notably requests for responses to parliamentary instruments, correspondence, internal tasks, business processing, and draft bills for and ensure the planning of tasks linking the DIME direction, the Council, and the Grand Council. Follow-up of various project and steering committees within the Service. Support project managers in committee activities. Write correspondence and minutes of meetings, with the support of artificial intelligence (AI) tools. Prepare and coordinate responses to parliamentary instruments or external requests. Desired profile: Bachelor's degree or higher in economics or management, or equivalent experience. Excellent writing skills, affinity with the construction world. Comfortable at all hierarchical levels. Demanding personality, autonomous. Knowledge of public procurement is an asset and proficiency in tools (particularly the Office 365 suite). Proficiency in French with good knowledge of the German language.
