About

The building site manager is responsible for the management of real estate; he/she ensures its maintenance, upkeep, and renovation works. As a representative of the Master of Work (MO), he/she actively participates in the planning and construction of new buildings or missions. Integrated into the maintenance service area, you directly manage a portfolio of several buildings, actively collaborating within a team to develop annual budgets and participating in the writing of credit request reports to authorities. You establish projects for renovations or adjustments of premises, monitor the works, and take responsibility for controlling the profile. Holding a bachelor's degree in architecture (HES) or a CFC in building with a diploma as a construction manager, you have several years of experience, preferably within a similar field. With excellent writing skills, you have an interest in Facility Management, master AutoCAD® and Messerli® tools, and have very good knowledge of office software (Windows environment).
