To complete our team, we are looking for a position for the Ajoie sector, located in Porrentruy, with a start date of April 1 or to be agreed upon. As part of the management team for the Ajoie sector, you will ensure the deployment of home care and assistance services. In this capacity, your tasks and responsibilities are as follows: You develop a holistic and efficient management of home assistance services, plan activities, and establish routes for caregivers. You find solutions to replace absent staff during the day, participate in the development of home care activities, and propose solutions to improve the quality of assistance services. You also ensure quality in the field of assistance services: You are the point of contact for professionals, clients, and partners regarding issues related to the sector. You establish and maintain contacts with health professionals and stay informed about ongoing developments and participate in monitoring requests. You hold a CFC diploma in the field of healthcare or in a health-related area. Professional experience in a similar field or in home care is desired. Knowledge of the Swiss health system is an advantage. Proficiency with tools, analytical and synthesis capabilities, resistance to stress, and skills facilitating collaboration are required.
