Sector Manager In a context of positivity and the development of new dynamics, Delafontaine is seeking a manager to join the Childhood & Transition sector, which encompasses our specialized pedagogy schools and therapeutic services. MANAGER OF THE TSA POLE (Autism Spectrum Disorder) Permanent position at 100% Do you want to actively contribute to building an agile organization centered on the quality of support for students and their families? It has 240 individuals spread across two activity sectors: the Childhood & Transition sector and the Social & Professional sector. Join us in working towards a common vision! YOU WILL BE ESSENTIAL FOR: - Ensuring the management of multidisciplinary teams - Leading and supporting the implementation of educational and therapeutic projects aligned with the vision of the sector - Collaborating closely with management and the collective of executives to strengthen a culture of supportive leadership, inter-school collaboration, and continuous improvement - Guiding teams in an inspiring professional posture, emphasizing quality, kindness, and the dynamics of the areas of expertise (DI, TSA, SMP) and transversal projects aimed at professionalizing and optimizing resources - Working with families and external partners to ensure the coherence of each student's project YOUR PROFILE: - Tertiary level education in the social field or complementary in management (CAS or DAS in leadership, team management, or institutional management), obtained or ongoing - At least three years of professional experience in a similar role - Agile, positive, and solution-oriented leadership that enables support for change, team backing, and fostering collaboration - Comfort in managing complex situations and supporting teams in evolving environments WHY CHOOSE US - Work within a recognized, dynamic, and evolving structure promoting a work-life balance - Work environment and dynamics focused on quality support - Opportunities for continuous learning and skill development - On-site parking and services Salary conditions according to the collective labor agreement of the Vaud public social sector START DATE: To be agreed upon DEADLINE for filling the position: Until the position is filled ARE YOU INTERESTED IN THIS CHALLENGE?
