Come complete our team as a Senior Management Controller.Your mission:Contribute to the development and production of periodic financial reports, decision-making tools (Business plan, Balanced Scorecard, etc.), as well as key performance analyses for all activity sectors. Manage activities and projects within the management control service and ensure the financial follow-up of objectives and propose corrective measures independently in budgetary matters, in collaboration with managers and budget holders. Be the reference for budget holders, particularly medical managers and executive staff, to actively contribute to their management autonomy. Contribute to the development of analytical accounting and ensure its completion in compliance with current standards (REKOLE). Develop institutional dashboards to improve overall performance and efficiency with the help of a Data Warehouse (DWH). Represent the organization with various parties in finance and/or management control.With a master's degree or HES, you have at least 5 years of experience as a management controller, ideally within a hospital. You have confirmed experience with data management and reporting tools (Tableau Desktop and Prep a plus). Demonstrated interest in data processing and experience in project management and the development of control tools. Rigorous, tenacious, analytical, and dynamic, you are able to collaborate transversally, generate engagement, and implement effective solutions. Being structured, organized, and transparent, you do not hesitate to take initiative, ask questions, and establish lasting relationships with your different stakeholders.
