We are looking for someone who will become the technical reference for this ecosystem to accelerate our growth.Technical Solutions Manager Role:Use technology to simplify and accelerate our processes. Transform tangible support (multi-site deployment, specific customer requests) into reliable systems and serve as the technical point of contact: for internal teams, for customers, and our software partners. Make an impact: fewer errors, increased speed, greater comfort for teams and merchants. Decide and prioritize what must be addressed or abandoned.Your Responsibilities:- Lead and prioritize the work of the cash teams- Manage urgent field issues and arbitrate priorities- Ensure that the agreed actions are actually executed- Decide what to delegate or abandon based on ROI- Maintain a balance between day-to-day support and system projects- Oversee client onboarding and the integration of our solutions- Interconnect our internal tools to streamline processes- Use APIs to eliminate redundant tasks- Structure remote access and technical support- Enhance client reliability- Create mechanisms to extract (API) and utilize data- Be the technical reference for certain clients- Simplify on-site deployments- Improve maintenance and after-sales service- Serve as the technical contact for partners (cash registers & payments)- Test and qualify technological evolutions- Propose tangible solutions to enhance productivityThis position is not:- A developer role- An isolated expert without responsibility- A classic IT project manager role- An internal infrastructure position- A SaaS product managerDesired Profile:You enjoy being responsible for getting things done rather than just proposing solutions. This position suits someone who loves understanding how systems work and making them easier to use. You have experience and instincts for repetitive tasks, from identifying bugs to their root causes. You connect tools to avoid redundant work.Technical Skills:- Read an API and test calls- Diagnose a problem effectively with developers or publishers to find a solution- Transform vague needs into concrete and actionable solutions- Be responsible for decisions and their consequences- Manage competing priorities under constraints- Move forward on topics even if not perfect- Decline irrelevant requestsPrerequisites:- 5 years of experience in a technical role involving diagnosis and problem-solving in real conditions (clients, field, and production)- Fluent French, professional English- Experience in payment, cash registers (POS), retail, horeca, F&B, or connected systems Impact: A key role within a growing SME, with a direct and tangible impact on merchants and the local economy.
