**Position Summary**
We are seeking a **Manufacturing Process Operator** to join our team in Edmonton, AB. This is a **full-time weekend shift position (Friday to Sunday)** . In this role, you will work in a team setting to deliver high-quality products that meet cost and performance targets. You will follow standard operating procedures to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
**Shift Details**
+ **Schedule:** Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
+ **Hours:** 7am to 7pm
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform assigned work in compliance with quality standards and operating procedures.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet production targets, health and safety standards, and on-time delivery goals.
+ Conduct routine calibrations, qualifications, and equipment setups to maintain optimal performance.
+ Manage time and equipment usage efficiently to achieve production objectives.
+ Promote teamwork across shifts and foster a positive work environment focused on quality and best practices.
+ Demonstrate professionalism through strong work habits, time management, productivity, and safety awareness.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements in efficiency, profitability, material utilization, and tool usage.
+ Communicate effectively with the Production Manager and team regarding safety, quality, delivery, and cost issues.
+ Assist in updating work instructions, safety procedures, and quality documentation.
+ Support process development and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
+ Adhere to and recommend improvements for the 5S+1 program and contamination control protocols.
**Qualifications**
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
+ Experience working in a cleanroom environment (preferred).
+ Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate leadership qualities.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
