Required Education High school Diploma / GED Minimum of two years related experience/training. Must have a good knowledge of the English language. Excellent communication Must be able to develop schedules. Must have knowledge of document control processes and procedures. Knowledge of customer specific requirements Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 1694 Essential Functions Ensure that work instructions are current, at the right revision level, maintained and available at the point of use. Assist other departments in setting up files and work instructions related to the QMS. Maintain QS software and update as required. Follow up on internal problem reports Maintain status of corrective actions, both internal and external Ensure latest revisions of forms are used for all customer-related paperwork. Compile and lead monthly quality management review. Create monthly layered process audits. Develop questions for audits. Update charts and tracking for weekly and monthly KPI charts. Train new and current employees in how to do layered process audits. Control all documents that could influence the quality of the product. Lead the Quality portion of the Martinrea Orientation Module Run reports and check customer portals daily.
