About

Job Details: Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end system architecture definition for heavy engineering products, ensuring alignment with business and product goals. • Define and manage system-level requirements, interfaces, and functional architectures. • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in mechanical, electrical, software, and controls to ensure system coherence. • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms for optimal system performance and reliability. • Drive integration, validation, and verification activities throughout the product development lifecycle. • Perform trade-off analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation planning. • Support system-level issue investigation and resolution in prototype and production stages. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal engineering processes. • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and system designers. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or a related field. • 10years of experience in system architecture or systems engineering in heavy equipment, automotive, agricultural machinery, or similar industries. • Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle (V-model or similar). • Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools • Familiarity with CAN protocols, electronic control units (ECUs), and embedded system architecture. • Proven ability to lead system-level design and manage cross-functional engineering teams. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
