Lead, inspire, and develop a top-notch team of data scientists and analytics professionals. Responsibilities: Lead a dedicated team of data scientists crafting strategies for products that impact billions globally. Oversee end-to-end analytics projects that inform product strategy alongside Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams. Present compelling insights and recommendations to influence product direction and leadership decisions. Analyze large and complex datasets to address various challenging issues using advanced statistical techniques. Define and track product success through goal setting and monitoring key performance metrics. Identify opportunities for product enhancement, driving roadmaps with your data-driven insights. Contribute to advancing the Data Science discipline at Meta by sharing best practices and mentoring fellow data scientists. Minimum Qualifications: Currently pursuing or possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with completion prior to joining Meta. At least 4 years of relevant work experience (or 2+ years with a Ph.D.), including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within analytics. Proficiency in data querying (e.g. SQL), scripting (e.g. Python), and/or statistical software (e.g. R). Demonstrated ability to independently initiate and complete analytical projects. Experience effectively communicating analysis results to senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Experience in technology, consulting, or finance sectors. A proven history of leading high-performing analytics teams. Public Compensation: $177,000/year to $247,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits Industry:
