Job Description Summary
Basic Purpose
Process Integration and Data Analyst Specialist is responsible for ensuring the integrity of operational data while driving continuous process improvement across elevator inspection operations. This role transforms complex inspection, compliance, and operational data into actionable insights that enhance efficiency, standardization, and scalability. Beyond analysis, the Specialist plays a hands-on role in identifying process gaps, redesigning workflows, and integrating data-driven solutions that improve planning, compliance, and service delivery. Acting as a key liaison between operations and finance, this role supports the COO in developing, monitoring, and advancing key performance indicators (KPIs) that align operational performance with financial and strategic objectives.
Scope
Process Integration and Data Analyst Specialist ensures the accuracy, reliability, and strategic application of operational data while actively leading process improvement initiatives across the organization. The scope of this role includes governing elevator inspection data, extracting and integrating data from multiple systems, and producing reports, forecasts, and insights that support operational planning, compliance, and capacity management. This position works cross-functionally with client services, scheduling, field operations, finance, and regional leadership to identify inefficiencies, standardize workflows, and design scalable, repeatable processes. The Specialist translates data findings into actionable recommendations, supports system and workflow integration, and drives continuous improvement initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, service quality, and financial performance in partnership with the COO.
Reporting and Working Relationships
This position will report to the COO of US Inspections.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain accurate, complete, and reliable operational and inspection data across multiple systems Extract, manipulate, integrate, and analyze elevator inspection, compliance, and operational datasets Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring and ad-hoc operational reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools Forecast inspection volumes, workload demands, and capacity needs to support proactive planning and resource allocation Identify trends, bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies in inspection scheduling, compliance, and operational workflows Partner with client services, scheduling, field operations, finance, and regional leadership to translate data insights into process improvement initiatives and action plans Lead and support continuous improvement efforts by measuring process performance, eliminating non-value-added activities, and recommending workflow redesigns and system enhancements Support process integration efforts by aligning data, systems, and workflows across operational and financial platforms Ensure data consistency, standardization, and governance across reporting outputs and systems Document data sources, reporting logic, process workflows, and improvement initiatives to support scalability and knowledge transfer Assist with system automation, tool optimization, and process redesign initiatives that improve efficiency and data reliability Respond to data and process-related requests from leadership and internal stakeholders in a timely manner. Manage others through subordinate supervisors Work Environment/Physical Demands
This position operates in a professional office environment.
Travel
An average of one week of travel per month within the United States, should be expected.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Business or Data Analytics, Operations, Process Improvement, or Program Management Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or Project Management strongly preferred Demonstrated experience driving process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives Strong experience working with data exports, reporting, and multi-system analysis Advanced proficiency in Excel or comparable data analysis and visualization tools Proven ability to manipulate large datasets and translate findings into actionable operational and process recommendations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a process-oriented mindset Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and standardization Experience presenting insights and improvement recommendations to senior leadership and both technical and non-technical audiences Competencies
