We are hiring Picker/Packers for our state-of-the-art facility in Boise, Idaho. This role is essential for our e-commerce logistics, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Verify product details against order forms to maintain accuracy.
- Operate equipment such as scanners, pallet jacks, and shrink wrap machines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
- Perform manual lifting of items, typically up to 30 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse environments is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Comfortable with manual lifting and handling of products.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required by operational needs.
