We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or Business Development Manager who’s ready to hit the ground running, build their own desk, and genuinely enjoy coming to work to recruit! What we’re looking for You’ll be someone who: * Has solid business development experience - new business exp is a must! * Is confident, comfortable, and ready to learn 360 degree recruitment * Loves networking, building relationships, and spotting opportunities * Is exceptionally proactive, self-motivated, driven and people focused * Wants autonomy, ownership, and the freedom to grow, explore and add real value * Cares about quality, service, and long-term relationships – not just numbers If you’re the kind of recruiter who takes pride in doing things properly, being part of a small team and wants to work somewhere that values integrity over KPIs, you’ll fit right in.
