Join our dynamic logistics team as a Forklift Operator in Madison, Wisconsin! We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious individual to efficiently move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in our state-of-the-art warehouse. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations and ensuring timely order fulfillment. You will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks, to load and unload trucks, move materials to and from production or storage areas, and assist with inventory management. Attention to detail is paramount as you will be handling a variety of goods, from raw materials to finished products. This position requires adherence to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure working environment. We are committed to providing a safe workplace, and all employees are expected to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating forklifts, a valid forklift certification (if applicable), and a strong understanding of warehouse operations. You must be comfortable with physical demands, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and prolonged periods of standing, walking, and operating machinery.
