Join our dynamic fulfillment center in Tampa, Florida, as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be involved in the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and shipping orders. We are looking for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced operational environment. This position requires physical stamina, including regular lifting, standing, and movement throughout the warehouse. Safety is our top priority; therefore, adherence to all safety regulations and the consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE) are mandatory. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will work collaboratively with your team to meet daily order volume targets and contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming inventory, verify counts, and stock items accurately.
- Pick items from inventory based on order fulfillment requirements.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product protection and correct labeling.
- Prepare shipments for various carriers, meeting deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Work efficiently with team members to achieve fulfillment goals.
- Wear and utilize appropriate PPE at all times during shifts.
- Assist with other fulfillment and logistics tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring regular lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical activity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Capability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of safety procedures and willingness to use PPE.
