Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick items according to order specifications for packing and shipping.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for transit.
- Assist in loading outbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Contribute to overall team performance and logistics goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to follow safety instructions and wear required PPE.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Enthusiasm for working in a logistics and distribution setting.
