We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks within our distribution center, ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of goods. This role is crucial to our operations and requires a proactive approach to warehouse management. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and adhering to all company policies and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
- Verify accuracy of shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (if certified).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Handle physical demands of the job, including frequent lifting and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
