Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Inventory Clerk for our bustling distribution center in Orlando, Florida. This role is essential for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our logistics operations. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for data entry, physical counts, reconciling discrepancies, and assisting with stock management. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and require adherence to all Safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Enter and update inventory data in the system.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
  • Assist in receiving and put-away processes, verifying item counts.
  • Generate inventory reports as needed.
  • Maintain organized inventory storage areas.
  • Ensure proper labeling and identification of all stock.
  • Collaborate with warehouse team members to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Follow all Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Support overall logistics and supply chain functions.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, warehouse associate, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.
  • Experience with inventory management software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional moderate Lifting.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Knowledge of Safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
