Job Summary:
We are hiring energetic Warehouse Workers for our facility in Chicago, Illinois! This role is key to our daily logistics operations, ensuring that goods are processed efficiently and accurately. As a Warehouse Worker, you will handle a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace Safety. You will be part of a collaborative team environment where teamwork is essential. We provide ongoing training and ensure that all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is available and utilized. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
  • Stock and organize products in appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick items from shelves to fulfill customer orders.
  • Pack products securely for shipment, using appropriate materials.
  • Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space.
  • Follow all company Safety regulations and guidelines for accident prevention.
  • Wear and properly use all required PPE, such as safety vests and gloves.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is an advantage.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring significant physical exertion, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with warehouse procedures and Safety practices.
  • Dependable and punctual attendance is essential.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic logistics environment.
