Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specific requirements.
- Verify order details and product quantities before packing.
- Utilize handheld scanners and other warehouse technology to track inventory and manage orders.
- Package items securely for safe transit, ensuring proper materials are used.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all guidelines.
