Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as scanners and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail environment is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of order fulfillment processes and basic logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
