Join our growing logistics team in Fort Worth, Texas, as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to perform a variety of tasks within our distribution center. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, encompassing receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping activities. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for loading onto delivery vehicles.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including workstations and aisles.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE, to prevent accidents.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse upkeep and other duties as assigned.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic safety procedures.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient logistics operation.
