Job Summary:
Join our growing logistics team in Fort Worth, Texas, as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to perform a variety of tasks within our distribution center. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, encompassing receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping activities. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
  • Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare shipments for loading onto delivery vehicles.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including workstations and aisles.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE, to prevent accidents.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting procedures.
  • Assist with general warehouse upkeep and other duties as assigned.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Understanding of basic safety procedures.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient logistics operation.
