Are you a detail-oriented and energetic individual looking for a rewarding role in warehouse fulfillment? Our St. Louis, Missouri facility is seeking enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our growing logistics team. You will play a key role in the entire order fulfillment process, from picking and packing to ensuring orders are accurately prepared for shipment. This position is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution center. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for transit.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, for moving inventory.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through diligent order processing.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE, to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve efficiency and knowledge of logistics operations.
- Keep the workstation clean and organized.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed, contributing to overall logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate lifting (up to 35 pounds).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory control concepts.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and protocols.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a high-performance logistics team.
