Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in Denver, Colorado! We are looking for individuals eager to contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment. You will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and put-away to picking, packing, and shipping. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
- Put away stock in assigned locations efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific requirements.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including proper labeling and staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals within the logistics framework.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Capability for frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and operational flow.
- Willingness to wear mandated PPE, such as safety shoes and vests.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
