Job Summary:
Join our bustling fulfillment center in Dallas, Texas, as a Fulfillment Associate. This role is at the heart of our operations, responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with speed and accuracy. You will work with a variety of products, ensuring they are handled with care and efficiency. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety are essential. As a Fulfillment Associate, you are a critical component of our logistics network, directly impacting customer satisfaction. We maintain a high standard of workplace Safety and provide necessary training.
Responsibilities:
  • Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
  • Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
  • Process shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage orders for carrier pickup.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Safety.
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Willingness to follow all Safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Must wear appropriate PPE, including safety shoes.
  • Experience with RF scanners is beneficial.
