Join our bustling fulfillment center in Dallas, Texas, as a Fulfillment Associate. This role is at the heart of our operations, responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with speed and accuracy. You will work with a variety of products, ensuring they are handled with care and efficiency. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety are essential. As a Fulfillment Associate, you are a critical component of our logistics network, directly impacting customer satisfaction. We maintain a high standard of workplace Safety and provide necessary training.
Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Process shipments, apply shipping labels, and stage orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Safety.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to follow all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Must wear appropriate PPE, including safety shoes.
- Experience with RF scanners is beneficial.
