Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator for our San Antonio, Texas location. This role is vital for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The Warehouse Coordinator will supervise a team of warehouse staff, manage incoming and outgoing shipments, and optimize storage space. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success. You will be a key player in our logistics network, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Your dedication to Safety and operational excellence will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Ensure all shipments are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment, enforcing all Safety policies.
  • Implement and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed, ensuring proper maintenance.
  • Liaise with other departments and external partners to coordinate logistics.
  • Manage supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all company regulations and legal requirements related to logistics and Safety.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or coordination.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain best practices.
  • Ability to perform moderate Lifting and operate material handling equipment.
  • Strong commitment to Safety and adherence to all Safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must consistently wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
