We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our vibrant team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This position is crucial for the effective management of our warehouse operations and logistics. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring the efficient flow of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on order sheets or RF scanner instructions.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, strictly following safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a focus on safe lifting practices and hazard prevention.
- Wear and utilize appropriate PPE at all times, ensuring personal safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and support overall logistics efficiency.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for motivated individuals.
- Ability to operate common warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Good understanding of workplace safety and the importance of using PPE.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions:
This role operates within a busy warehouse setting. Employees are required to wear standard PPE, including safety footwear. The job involves significant physical activity, including repetitive lifting, standing, and movement throughout the shift.
