We are seeking enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be a key player in our order fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently prepared for shipment. Your responsibilities will include picking items from inventory, packing them securely, labeling packages, and preparing them for the shipping carriers. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is also a crucial aspect of this role. We are committed to a safe workplace and provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses the physical capability for tasks involving lifting, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team setting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order forms or scanner data.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product protection and correct quantities.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outgoing shipments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by following proper procedures for picking and stocking.
- Keep the workstation and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the mandated use of PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Perform duties requiring regular lifting and physical activity, up to 40 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics and fulfillment operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform lifting tasks.
- Comfortable with regular lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear provided PPE.
