About
We are searching for energetic and reliable Order Pickers to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. As an Order Picker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining an organized workspace. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient order fulfillment and contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations. We provide a safe and supportive work environment, including all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and the capacity for regular lifting are key requirements for this role. Experience in a warehouse setting, especially with order picking or packing, is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a pick list or RF scanner.
- Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure order accuracy.
- Package items securely for shipment.
- Move inventory using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with stocking and replenishment of inventory as needed.
- Contribute to team goals and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Perform tasks that involve regular lifting and physical exertion.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and order details.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Comfortable with regular lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Knowledge of basic logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
