About
Join our dynamic logistics team in Tampa, Florida as an Order Picker! We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to efficiently and accurately pick and pack customer orders. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for navigating our warehouse using a pick list or scanner, locating items, and ensuring they are prepared for shipment. Your precision directly impacts our customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Scan items to confirm correct selection and update inventory.
- Pack items securely and safely into appropriate containers for shipping.
- Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and checks.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Proficiency in Lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to Safety in all aspects of the job.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
