As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately locating, retrieving, and preparing items for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists or digital pick tickets.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Use RF scanners or other technology to track picked items and inventory levels.
- Deliver picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Assist with restocking inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse/logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and order information.
- Experience with RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
- Commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE.
