We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to join our logistics team in Tampa, Florida. This role is vital for the seamless flow of goods within our distribution center. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for moving, organizing, and preparing materials and products for shipment or storage. Your duties will include operating pallet jacks, loading and unloading trucks, and transporting items throughout the warehouse. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. You will be performing frequent lifting of items, with weights typically up to 50 pounds, and occasionally more with assistance. A strong commitment to workplace safety is essential; you must strictly follow all safety protocols and correctly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Understanding warehouse layout and logistics operations is key to success. The Material Handler will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Move materials and products within the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and trailers.
- Organize and stock materials in designated storage areas.
- Prepare materials for shipment, ensuring proper handling.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Strictly adhere to safety regulations and use of PPE.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Physical ability to perform frequent lifting and manual labor.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and PPE.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory control concepts.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
