Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations based on order lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order details against picked items to prevent errors.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and update order status.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly regarding safety protocols.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding inventory levels and order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and inventory management systems is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and the importance of wearing appropriate PPE.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
